Welcome - The City of Kimball is a Second-class city operating with a Council-Administrator form of government.  The Council is elected at large by the citizens, while the Board of Public Works (BPW), City Administrator and City Clerk/Treasurer are appointed/hired by the Council. 

px Kimball  Nebraska city hall from SWThe City Council serves as the legislative body for the City of Kimball by making policy, passing ordinances, approving appropriations, and overseeing the operations of city government. 
The Board of Public Works (BPW) reviews budgets, incomes and expenses, rates and capital investments for equipment for the City Utility departments.  However, the City Council does review and approve large capital purchases and debt service for the Utility departments.
  The City Administrator is a hired professional manager of city government. The Administrator performs the executive function of administering the daily affairs of the City of Kimball.  The City Clerk and Treasurer are also hired professionals qualified to maintain the records of the City of Kimball.

The 2014 CityPass is available NOW!!!  Get your annual membership for the Fitness Center, Pool, and Golf course.  Adult passes are under $65 per month. Youth passes are under $30 per month. Couples passes and family passes are both under $100 per month.

(Family price reflects Fitness Center & Pool - Golf memberships can be figured separately)

CityPass options available only beginning in January, February, March or April.

Valid only from January through December of the the same year.

Payments will be automatically debited from your bank account monthly
